Eastern Ontario Talent was founded by a Professional Engineer with experience in manufacturing and technical leadership roles across Eastern Ontario.After reviewing hundreds of technical resumes and participating in technical interviews, this service exists to bring practical judgment back to the earliest stage of hiring — where it matters most.

Pricing

Services are billed hourly, based on the actual volume of applications received.
This ensures fairness whether a role receives 6 resumes or 150.
$95/hour. You pay for the work done.No placement fees.
No percentage of salary.
Most roles land between $650 and $950 total.You get a clear scope and estimate before anything starts.
